Returns will only be accepted for breakage and manufacturing defects. To return a product, you must receive prior approval. If an item is broken during shipping we will replace it or give you a full refund but, we require a digital photo of the damaged product and the packaging.
In the case of shipping errors, unopened and sealed items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To return a product, you must receive prior approval. You can contact us by email at herbs@everythingherbs.com. Product must be unopened and sealed.
Once we inspect your return your refund will be issued immediately.
