Shipping

We ship via USPS. Packages generally arrive within their standard time frame, but we are not responsible for carrier delays.

Handling time

We strive to get all orders received before 10 AM (EST) shipped out the same day. We ship Monday-Saturday. We do not ship on any USPS holidays.

Please Note: tracking numbers are not active until the Post Office scans the package. This may be as late as 7 or 8 PM.

 

Shipping FAQ's

What do I do if my package is lost?

If a package is not delivered, please call your local post office for immediate assistance with your package. You can make a claim by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS.  Please include the claim number when contacting us.

What if my package is damaged?

If you discover that your package is damaged after it is delivered, please contact us at herbs@everythingherbs.com.

Please note: damaged or missing merchandise must be reported to us within 72 hours of the date of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the claim being denied by the shipping carrier and exclusion from our return/exchange policy. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding our policies.

Can I change my delivery address after my order has been shipped? 

No, not if you have received your tracking information by email notification. If you have not received a tracking number, we will do our best to accommodate any changes to your order but we can not guarantee changes can always be made.
